What this notice covers

aventellix.com only. avenTellix is a product of avenTelli Group; the company site has its own notice, and each other product has its own.

What we collect

Only what you type into the form, and only when you send it: your name, email address, the topic you pick, and your message.

We don’t store your IP address. To stop automated abuse we keep a one-way scrambled version of it for a short time, which cannot be turned back into an address.

Where it goes

The form posts to aventelli.com, our company site, which stores it there and emails it to the avenTelli Group team. That is deliberate: it means this site needs no mailbox of its own and your message reaches a person who is actually watching an inbox.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell or rent your details, ever.
• We don’t use them for advertising or aim ads at you.
• We don’t add you to a mailing list from this form.
• There is no advertising code on this website.

Visit statistics

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which parts of the page people read. We have turned off its advertising features, so your visit here is not used to target ads at you anywhere.

Nothing loads until you actually do something on the page — scroll, tap or type. If you read the page and leave, no statistics are collected at all. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we honour it and load nothing.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept while we deal with them and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

Write to us through the form and ask for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. We’ll respond within 30 days.

Children

This website is for adults. The form is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect details from children.

Changes

When this interim notice is replaced by the full reviewed policy, the new one will be posted here with its own date.
